MagicPlanner.ai uses industry-leading large language models from third-party AI providers. Every AI feature on the site is grounded in our own crowd prediction data: the AI narrates and interprets numbers our statistical models produce; it is instructed never to invent them.

The crowd calendar and live wait times themselves are not AI-generated. They come from our statistical prediction models and directly measured park data. AI is used only for the natural-language features listed above, and AI-generated content is labeled where it appears.
How It Works
What the AI Sees

AI Limitations and Expectations
Important AI Limitations
AI is a planning aid, not a definitive authority. Verify important details with official Disney sources before making decisions or bookings.
AI Can Make Mistakes
Language models can generate inaccurate or misleading statements with high confidence. Our grounding and validation reduce this risk but cannot eliminate it.
Predictions Are Estimates
The crowd data the AI narrates is itself a statistical forecast. Actual crowds and waits will vary with weather, events, closures, and factors no model can foresee. We publish our measured accuracy openly. See how the MCI works.
Not Real-Time
AI summaries are generated on a schedule (typically each morning). Sudden operational changes will not be reflected until the next generation, though the live wait times on the site update continuously.
Personal Judgment Required
AI cannot replace your judgment, especially for decisions involving health, safety, accessibility, or budget. Use recommendations as informed suggestions.

The AI features were designed to need as little of your information as possible: none, unless you type a question.
How We Protect Your Data:
- Minimal input: Only your question text (and saved trip dates, if any) is sent for processing. No name, email, or profile exists to send
- No storage: Your questions and their answers are not stored in our databases
- No training: We do not use your questions to train AI models
- Secure processing: All AI processing occurs over encrypted channels through reputable third-party AI providers
- Fair-use limits: Typed questions are rate-limited per IP address; rate-limit records expire automatically
